Ad Description Altus Systems, a Michigan based IT Services provider, is looking to hire Masters/OPT graduates and train them in the latest niche softwares. We are a Minority Business Enterprise, 'E-Verify' company and an awardee of the '2008 Michigan 50 Companies to Watch' which was awarded for our consistent performance and growth over the years. We provide: 1) Free Training and placement Assistance - Currently we are looking to hire about 20 new candidates for our next batch. 2) Free accommodation and a $150.00 per month support expenses during training 3) We provide all sorts of pre and post placement support which includes Technical screening, Interview preparation, on the job support etc 4) You will have access to a wealth of knowledge materials from our internal forums 5) We do NOT engage outside instructors 6) Our Instructors are very highly experienced qualified professionals and are subject matter experts with a combined experience of 25+ years. 7) The training is completely hands-on and you would need to be willing to work really hard. 8) Salary ranges from $55,000.00 to $60,000+ depending on your communication,commitment and hard work 9) We offer all kinds of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(K). 10)Our Training process will be similar to a bootcamp environment which will help you learn quickly and compete for the opportunities quickly 11) You will have 24 hour access to the lab 12) We sponsor H1 and Green Card for eligible candidates.
